Shorpido is an independent, unregistered e-commerce boutique operated under the sole proprietorship laws of India. By placing an order, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding payment agreements.

While we make every attempt to exhibit product variations, features, and colors accurately, minor variations may occur. 3. PRICING, PAYMENTS & GATEWAY REDIRECTION
All prices listed on Shorpido are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and represent the complete final cost to the consumer. Payments are processed securely via our integrated Razorpay payment infrastructure, utilizing 256-bit encryption for safe card, net banking, and instant UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm) transfers. You agree to provide accurate billing and identity parameters at checkout.
4. 100% FREE PAN-INDIA SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINE
Shorpido offers 100% Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the borders of India. No hidden shipping surcharges are applied at checkout. Packages are dispatched via our integrated domestic fulfillment channels and typically reach their destination within a 3–7 business day timeline. Any delays caused by unforeseen transit bottlenecks or weather hazards are managed by our logistics partners.
5. RISK OF LOSS & CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS
For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), a flat Handling and Verification Fee of ₹99 is added to the subtotal to manage logistical risks. We reserve the right to cancel any COD order if the provided shipping address is found to be incomplete, fraudulent, or if our automated WhatsApp/telephonic verification query goes unanswered by the buyer before shipment dispatch.
6. 7-DAY EASY REPLACEMENT POLICY
In alignment with our brand standards, we provide an uncompromising 7-Day Easy Replacement window protecting your purchase. If a product arrives in a defective, broken, or non-functional state, you must notify our team within 7 days of package delivery at support@shorpido.com. Upon validation, a complimentary replacement item will be routed to your address. We do not provide open-ended monetary refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mijas Kottapurath Mohammed and Shorpido shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from the usage, assembly, or failure of products procured through our storefront.
8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of transactions on Shorpido shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent domestic courts in Kerala, India.
