1. Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please contact us at support@shorpido.com or via WhatsApp.
2. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee
We offer a 7-Day Replacement Policy for items that are:
- Received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Different from the item ordered (wrong size/color/product).
To initiate a replacement, please provide us with a photo or unboxing video of the product within 7 days of delivery.
3. Returns & Refunds
As we deal in curated lifestyle and personal care products, we do not offer “change of mind” returns once the product seal has been broken or the item has been used.
- If a replacement is not available for a defective item, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
